Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from Enchanted Lakes Co.! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-customized jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please note that items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
No Returns or Exchanges on Customized Products
Due to the personalized nature of our engraved and custom jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. This includes any product with custom text, names, coordinates, or other personalized engravings. Please review your customization details carefully before placing your order.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email [Your Customer Service Email] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will be happy to replace the item or provide a refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
